Is equipped with a basin having a safety valve to avoid overflowing so that you can clean in the minimum time.
• Water flow can remain open in order to always top levels replacing evaporating water or else water flow can be set in order to keep water clean from fats and cold enough not to evaporate.
• Can be set to 4 functions by simply “positioning” the accessories on the cooking top with no need for pre-preparation by the factory.
• Accessories can be bought separately.
• Functions are:
– Grill with direct exchange
– Grill with lava stone
– Fry top
– Brasserie pan
• All versions have temperature levels going from 220° to 380°C.
• For thick or very fat meat, it is advisable to use the settings called direct grill at 220°/250°C. Uniform cooking with no combustions is guaranteed.
